Only considering candidates with the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of previous maintenance experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with Preventative Maintenance programs
  • Familiarity with statistical tools and software
  • Excellent teamwork and facilitation skills
  • Willingness to obtain CMRP and PdM certifications

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) Program
  • Define, design, develop, facilitate, monitor, and refine asset maintenance strategies
  • Facilitate RCM Analysis workshops on the top 5% of critical assets
  • Use statistical tools like Weibull Analysis to determine failure rate curves
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Planners to create maintenance procedures based on failure modes
  • Coordinate with asset owners and maintenance management for strategy approval
  • Own the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Program
  • Define, design, develop, facilitate, monitor, and refine RCA practices
  • Conduct Bad Actor Analysis and Root Cause Analysis to identify issues affecting performance, availability, and quality
  • Own the Asset Criticality Analysis Program
  • Own the Preventive Maintenance Evaluation (PME) and Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO) Programs
  • Utilize human-factored procedure writing
  • Collaborate with Capital Delivery and Project Engineering on Design for Reliability (DfR) and Design for Maintainability (DfM)
  • Participate in final inspection and commissioning validation of new equipment
  • Sign off on function testing and perform baseline inspections
  • Calculate Asset Life-Cycle Costs (LCC) and durations for critical equipment
  • Ensure peak machinery performance through assessment of Asset Life-Cycle Costs and durations
  • Own the Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) Program
  • Define, design, develop, facilitate, monitor, and refine the CbM process
  • Includes:
  • Vibration Analysis (VA)
  • Infrared Thermography
  • Motor Circuit Analysis / Electrical Signature Analysis
  • Oil Analysis (OA) / Tribology
  • Ultrasonic Emission (UE)
  • Non-destructive Testing (NDT)
