We are Hiring Immediately for a Production Clerical Associate position!

Carefree of Colorado is seeking a detail-oriented Production Clerical Associate to support operations on the production floor. This role is responsible for printing production tags used throughout the manufacturing process. While this is not a manual labor position, it is based in an active production environment and requires comfort working around ongoing manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print production tags accurately and efficiently, one at a time
• Follow step-by-step, point-and-click instructions to complete tasks
• Ensure all tags are printed correctly and in alignment with production needs
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in a repetitive workflow
• Support the Small Awnings department primarily, with flexibility to assist other departments as needed
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production flow is not disrupted

Qualifications:

• Basic to moderate computer skills required
• Ability to follow clear instructions and repeat processes consistently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks

Work Environment:

• This position is located on an active production floor with machinery and operations running throughout the shift
• Noise levels may be high at times; candidates must be comfortable working in this environment
• While the role is clerical in nature, it requires being physically present on the production floor

Candidates should clearly understand that this role takes place in a manufacturing setting and not a traditional office environment. Comfort with noise, movement, and production activity is essential for success in this position.
