We are Hiring Immediately for a Electro Mechanical Assembler position!

Electro-Mechanical Assembler

• Location: Fullerton Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | 1st shift
• Length: Temp to Hire (After 9-12 months approximately)
• Hours: 10+ hours M-F + 2-3 Saturday's/Month

Pay: $20/Hr.

We are hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals with hands-on assembly experience looking to build a long-term career in a high-quality production environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble and rework electronic and electro-mechanical components and subassemblies
• Work with precision parts such as switches, circuit boxes, and gear assemblies
• Use hand tools and light power tools (drill press, grinders, sanders)
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Perform soldering and wiring as part of the assembly process
• Inspect your work to ensure quality and report any part shortages or defects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow instructions
• Basic knowledge of electronic assembly and soldering techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable and team-oriented mindset

Physical & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working on a manufacturing floor with moderate noise, heat, and fumes
• Frequent standing, bending, and use of hands for detailed work
