Job Description:

This role is a key support position within our MIJ team, focused on general manufacturing duties and hands-on physical work. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable, frequently shifting between tasks to best support the production line's evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform beveling, taper boring, and sandblasting of pipe pups.
• Support material handling activities, including crating and movement of materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks.
• Conduct epoxy filling and engraving of serial numbers.
• Assist in ordering materials and consumables for the team.
• Participate in product testing processes, including hydrostatic, pneumatic, and electrical testing.
• Provide support to additional product lines as needed based on production volume and business demand.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general manufacturing; machine operation experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and proactively stay ahead of production needs.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (over 8 hours), primarily standing.
• Frequent physical activities include: bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to safely use equipment and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
