We are Hiring Immediately for a Warehouse position!

Position Overview

The Shipper/Receiver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials within the facility, as well as the proper preparation and documentation of outbound shipments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate material-handling equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Review pick lists and verify parts, quantities, and documentation prior to shipment.

· Prepare shipments by assembling containers or crates, packaging materials securely, and labeling with identifying information.

· Document outbound shipments by photographing parts and recording serial numbers.

· Receive incoming materials by verifying shipments against purchase orders, recording discrepancies, and rejecting damaged goods when necessary.

· Accurately record receipts in the system (e.g., B7, Receiving Log, barcode scanning).

· Unpack and store materials in designated storage areas, ensuring proper inventory organization and location tracking.

· Operate forklifts, pump carts, and other material-handling equipment safely to load, unload, transport, and store goods.

· Pull and deliver materials to manufacturing areas and prepare orders for delivery as required.

· Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control through regular consolidation and reconciliation of materials.

· Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, dusting, and ensuring clear aisles and safe storage practices.

· Follow established procedures for safe handling and storage of chemicals and other regulated materials.

· Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications and Requirements

· Minimum of a high school diploma (Grade 12).

· Valid forklift license with demonstrated safe operating experience.

· 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.

· Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, pick lists, and related documentation. (Preferred)

· Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

· Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with inventory/data entry systems.

· Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks including bending, stooping, crouching, and overhead work.

· Frequent use of hands and arms, sometimes in conjunction with power tools.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently and 100 lbs. with assistance.

· Work is performed in both indoor (non-climate-controlled) and outdoor environments, with exposure to noise, dust, and varying conditions.
