Responsibilities:

 <li>Ability to fix minor plumbing issues</li>
 <li>Able to fix minior electrical, change out light bulbs or office lighting</li>
 <li>Repalce soap and toilet paper dispensers</li>
 <li>Fix ice machines</li>
 <li>Able to put up wallboards, install shelving, put furtniture together</li>
 <li>Patch holes, painting walls and applying finishing touches</li>
 <li>Effectively communicate with client staff</li>
</ul>
