Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Supervisor position!

Supervise and manage finishing and paint departments to ensure quality products. Communicate with plant manager and other supervisors regarding production needs and goals. Effectively communicate, schedule, manage, and instruct employees in order to meet quality and production goals. Adheere to all OSHA and company safety policies and ensure employees are following these guidelines as well to help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Train new workers how to perform daily tasks and safely use the required tools. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.
