Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Warehouse position!

• While all are Packer positions, Box Awnings contains Carefree's premier products and is where we are seeing growth currently, making it an especially crucial area to place great people.
• Our products can be heavy and are often long/awkward. We look to employees to enact team lifts when indicated.
• Packer positions are dynamic. You will not be able to choose their favorite task only and must be open to moving through the department to train on and perform all Packer tasks as needed.
• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
  • Lifting of up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Standing and walking throughout the department for the full duration of the shift (8 hours, 10 in overtime), work may not be performed while seated
  • Manual dexterity and strength needed for hand and power tool usage
  • English reading comprehension sufficient for reading production tags and accurately producing awnings based on the provided information
  • Verbal English comprehension sufficient for training in English

Job Requirements:
