Job Description:

Orlando area Airport distributor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Lead with a minimum of 2 years experience to support our production team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Supervisor in managing daily production activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
Supervise and support team members on the production line, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
Support training and onboarding of new team members.
Maintain accurate production records and reporting.
Enforce safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required

Ability to use pallet jacks (manual and electric)

Basic computer skills to retrieve emails and orders.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
