Job Description:

Draft and prepare pleadings for Legal filings. Experience in civil litigation, specifically construction defect litigation, commerical litigation or real estate litigation. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, insurance companies and experts to keep litigation matters on track from opening of the case file through traial. Must have knowledgeable regarding rules of civil procedure, arbitration/medication and e-filing.
