Training Specialist Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess      organizational training needs through job analysis, career paths, and      performance evaluations
• Design      and deliver engaging training programs (in-person and virtual)
• Create      instructional materials such as manuals, guides, and e-learning modules
• Coordinate      onboarding programs and continuing education for employees and managers
• Monitor      training effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement
• Track      employee progress and maintain training records
• Partner      with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals
• Manage      LMS (Learning Management System) and ensure course content is up-to-date
• Organize      workshops, seminars, and team development sessions
• Ensure      compliance with regulatory and industry training standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's      degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or      related field
• 3+      years of experience in training and development
• Experience      with adult learning theory and instructional design
• Strong      communication and presentation skills
• Ability      to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency      with e-learning platforms and MS Office; LMS experience is a plus
