Floor Supervisor

Job Description:

BILINGUAL FLOOR SUPERVISOR (in a warehouse setting)

Schedule: 2nd Shift: 1:30pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Bilingual Floor Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced light industrial environment. The ideal candidate will ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently while maintaining a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and quality standards are met
• Supervise and support warehouse associates in their daily tasks (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, assembly, etc.)
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or priorities as needed to meet deadlines
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing coaching
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding progress, challenges, and improvements
• Track performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or light industrial environment
• Must be fluent in Spanish AND/OR Nepali
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team
• Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, email communication)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
