Details:

• $40 - $50 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract
• Onsite in NYC

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
• Technical Writing - Reporting Skills
• Revenue Meters
• Calibration Processes for electronic and mechanical systems
• Strong written and verbal communications

Responsibilities:

• Steam system in Manhattan
• Changing out steam meters at all customer sites
• Comfortable organizing information and maintaining spreadsheets
• Communicating with building engineers to arrange surveys and visits
• Strong communication skills
• Patient, professional temperament
• Experience working with construction personnel, long-term company and client site employees
• Coordination with building managers, plumbers, and other trades
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments within manual labor environments
• Troubleshooting skills
• Conducting several field visits per week
• Traveling via public transportation with a team member to each job site
