• Contract - 8 months to cover maternity leave
• Onsite in Fairfield, NJ

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of accounting and internal controls experience
• Experience in a manufacturing and supply chain environment a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 a plus
• MBA/ CPA a plus
• Go-getter mentality with excellent problem-solving skills
• High level of motivation

Responsibilities:

• Process journal entries (recurring, prepaid) and month end accruals incl. Inventory transactions and Taxes.
• Responsible for transactions accuracy to the general ledger for accuracy
• Ensure appropriate classication of revenues/ costs/ expenses in conjunction with
• AP and Customer Service based on Seppic CoA.
• Utilize accounting principles to analyze nancial information and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures
• Coordinate month end agenda for Finance team
• Perform monthly balance sheet and income statement account analysis and reconciliation on monthly and/or quarterly basis
• Participate in preparing and submitting monthly nancial reporting packages for Group (Group reporting tools)
• Act as a key member of cross-departmental teams to improve the ow of data and reporting: AP, AR, Supply, Customer Service and Manufacturing team
• Continually seek opportunities to improve the nancial reporting system and accounting processes
