Travel LPN- LTC-Winslow, AZ- Up to $1,590 Weekly

Job Description: Long Term Care LPN needed to care for residents. Will consider new travelers with prior LTC experience.

Shift: Days | 36 Hours

Estimated Start Date: Jan 19, 2026| 13-week contract

Pay Info:

Gross Weekly Pay: $1,590.00

Taxable Hourly Rate: $15.00

Weekly Non-Taxable Housing: $700.00

Weekly Non-Taxable Meals & Incidentals: $350.00

Estimated Overtime Per Hour: $44.17

Requirements:

1+ years of LTC experience

AZ or Compact State License

BLS Certification
