Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Production position!

In this position you will be helping to either manufacture Filters in a clean room or help grind coffee. Both of these position will require strict GMP's to work in a food production facility. This is an entry level position and will train. Preferred experience working on machine operating line, or in manufacturing.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Assemble cold brew systems (containers, valves, filters, packaging kits)
• Prep and package finished products for shipment (B2B + retail orders)
• Work with plastic components, filters, and brewing accessories
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Label, box, and palletize outgoing orders
• Assist with inventory (counting parts, restocking materials)
• Keep production and warehouse areas clean and organized
• Follow SOPs for food-safe product handling (important in beverage equipment

• Physical:
• Standing most of the shift
• Lifting boxes (typically 25-50 lbs)
• Repetitive hand/arm movements (assembly + packing)
