We are Hiring Immediately for a MFG Lead position!

Job Title: Bilingual Manufacturing Lead (Evening Shift)

Location: Pittston, PA

Shift: Overnight | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Seeking a dependable and experienced Bilingual Manufacturing Lead to oversee our overnight production team. This position requires strong leadership, communication skills and the ability to maintain productivity and safety standards during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide production team members during the overnight shift
• Ensure production targets, safety procedures, and quality standards are met
• Provide on-the-job training and support for team members
• Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain workflow
• Document shift performance, attendance, and productivity

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lead by example and foster team cooperation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and availability for overnight hours
