Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Maintenance position!

Work with a team  to maintain equipment in a mid to large volume facility. Maintain, repair, improve equipment and systems to meet production goals and quality expectations. Requires comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and maintenance experience along with knowledge in preventative maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, work request documentation, spare parts appropriation, inventory control, and computer skills.

What you'll do:

Keep the event and airline catering equipment operational and repair any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. Perform a wide range of repair tasks around the facility as instructed by the Maintenance Manager and apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and repairing of HVAC, refrigeration, and A/C components, plumbing fixture and electrical circuits, cooking, food preparation and sanitation equipment incl. commercial dish washing machines.
• Maintain the general condition of the facility with regards to all aspects of the cooking and production machinery, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and painting work as needed.
• Maintain, inventory, and repair event catering equipment to include ovens, dishwashers, pot washer, mixers, portable power distribution, and other miscellaneous kitchen equipment at the direction of the maintenance manager or other maintenance plans.
• Work with a Computerized Maintenance Management System to create, view, monitor, and respond to work orders generated within the system to complete work assignments on time and within specified dates.
• Complete general maintenance and construction tasks at the direction of the maintenance manager.
