Only considering candidates with the following:

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Membership Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate major changes to HOME, SSR, and the Roster with IT&S
  • Manage open work requests with IT&S
  • Draft new IT&S Work Orders related to HOME, SSR, and the Roster
  • Collaborate with HPG IT&S to propose and prioritize HOME system improvements; serve as lead contact for testing enhancements
  • Participate in or lead vendor webinars; draft system user guides
  • Manage, develop, and train new Membership employees on systems, forms, and processes
  • Oversee membership changes, additions, and deletions in the HPG/CoreTrust database, ensuring proper processes and timelines
  • Work with the Rebate team and vendors to ensure accurate membership data for fee reporting
  • Serve as project manager for reorganization projects
  • Train new Account Directors and Managers on Membership forms and processes
  • Partner with Legal and the Pharmacy Integration Manager to improve workflow
  • Create and update membership processes for HPG, Advantage Trust, and CoreTrust as needed
  • Respond to routine vendor inquiries via email or phone
  • Perform membership data audits to ensure data integrity
  • Review and generate Disproportionate Shared Hospital and Critical Access Hospital lists for pharmacy suppliers and wholesalers to ensure qualified members receive Medicare reimbursements
  • Participate in GS1 conference calls, seminars, and webinars; collaborate with other GPOs to implement GLN training materials
  • Serve as backup GLN Editor or GLN Approver for HealthTrust GLN assignments and maintenance
  • Work with other GPOs to reduce GLN duplication in the GS1 registry
  • Act as Membership Lead in weekly IT&S HOME/Raft and SSRS meetings
  • Generate monthly membership summary reports for executive management
  • Collaborate with ROI Membership to maintain member cross-references between rosters
  • Lead or assist in the New Member Implementation Rostering Workstream
