Shipping and Receiving/Forklift

Job Description:

Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Forklift Experience Required)

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM

Potential overtime required. Some days may start as early as 5:00AM based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Prepare shipments, labels, and shipping documentation
• Stage materials for production and customer orders
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Support general warehouse and shipping duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous shipping & receiving experience required
• Prior forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working overtime and flexible start times when needed
