  • Verify all required documents are filed
  • Verify all required documents are complete
  • Data entry into customer sites
• Filing
  • Filing Went Sheets with Go List
  • Entering Dates on Yellow Cards and filing
• Photos
  • Rename and label daily car photos
  • Send required photos to customers
• Document Control
  • Update Employee Training Files
  • Calibration
    • Enter information
    • Print Report
  • Document Control
    • Enter Revisions
    • Process procedure revisions
  • Scanning
    • Breakdown Car File
    • Verify all information is included in files
    • Scan all documents and save
• Back Up
  • Learn roles of Office personnel to assist when out of the office.

Job Requirements:
