Job Description:

We are looking for an experience LPN or RN to work at our LTC in Hart, MI.

You will provide skilled nursing care to our residents, administer medications, monitor vital signs, change dressings, and assist with daily living activities. Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans and ensure patient comfort and safety.
