Graduate Program - AI Business in Staffing Industry

The SwipeJobs Graduate Program is a two-year, on-site rotational program based in Atlanta designed for high-potential graduates who want more than a typical entry-level role. Participants rotate across marketing, sales, operations, and market insights teams, gaining hands-on experience in go-to-market execution, data-driven decision-making, and commercial strategy within a fast-growing, AI-powered staffing company. The program offers early responsibility, exposure to senior leaders, structured development, and a clear pathway to long-term placement at SwipeJobs for graduates who consistently perform and take ownership.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: Atlanta, GA 30339

Pay: $40,000/year + benefits (Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/life insurance, maternity leave)
