Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Machine Operator position!

A typical machine operator job description as Machine operator in Plant city, Fl.  would involve operating and maintaining machinery, including drilling, press, and thermoform machines, to manufacture parts. Operators would also load materials, remove parts, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. The role may also include basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate and set up various machinery, including drilling, press, and thermoform machines.
• Material Handling: Load and unload materials, including plastic sheets, into machines.
• Part Removal and Handling: Remove formed parts from machines and load them into fixtures.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and reports.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting, report maintenance issues, and assist with minor machine adjustments.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Production Targets: Meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Other Duties: May perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic Machine Operation Skills: Ability to operate various types of machinery, such as drilling, press, and thermoform machines.
• Quality Control Skills: Ability to identify and address quality issues in manufactured parts.
• Basic Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to identify and address basic machine issues.
• Physical Aptitude: Ability to lift and move materials and parts.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with supervisors and other team members.
