Requirements:
· Must be over 21 years old
· Must be open to travel to different states
· Must have a valid driver's license
· Must have a reliable transportation
· Must be a U.S citizen and/or Permanent resident
Incentives:
· Proving housing and meals
· $35/day if staying onsite
· Gas mileage reimbursement
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Menu Execution: Oversee every aspect of meal preparation and service during large-scale banquets and events.
· Hands-On Cooking: Be an integral part of the kitchen team, preparing, cooking, and presenting meals to ensure a top-tier culinary experience.
· Ensure Quality & Efficiency: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring meals are served on time and to the client's satisfaction.
· Inventory Reporting: Provide input on inventory, storage, and rotation of ingredients, ensuring that everything is prepared in compliance with safety and health regulations.
· Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during events, providing excellent service and resolving any issues in real-time.
Education & Experience:
· 2-5 years of commercial cooking experience, with a focus on quality and high-volume events.
· Formal culinary training or additional certifications are a plus.
· Experience in banquet or catering environments, focusing on meal preparation and flawless execution.
· Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
· Ability and availability to travel nationwide.
Knowledge & Skills:
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
· Expert knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
· Ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships and handle high-pressure situations.
· Proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment and experience in maintaining food safety standards.
· Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and adapt to the physical demands of the job.
