Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Manufacturing Tech position!

We are seeking a team-oriented, goal-driven individual to join our Hardware Manufacturing Team. This role involves aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods based on operational plans and customer demands. The successful candidate will follow standard operating procedures, maintain training records, manage material flow, and execute work orders on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, write, and speak fluent English to understand SOPs and work instructions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Use hand tools (if required by department).
• Execute assembly tasks with supervision, troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations.
• Participate in lean manufacturing principles and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and comply with procedures.
• Train new team members on equipment and procedures.
• Complete paperwork, maintain production records, and report on work status.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly stand for long periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Lift up to 40 lbs using proper techniques.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regulated industry (FDA, ISO).
