• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, spreadsheets)
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain updated information for customers
• Perform administrative tasks supporting customer service and sales order entry functions
• Provide monthly status updates on open orders and follow up with customers and Production
• Maintain records of asset delivery progress and invoicing
• Communicate and coordinate with Production, Buyers, and Planners to track customer orders
• Resolve licensing issues reported by customers and document them in the support database
• Maintain and improve data accuracy and integrity in the MFGPRO database
• Apply manufacturing system principles and tools to support continuous improvement efforts
