• Contract - 3 months
• Hybrid in Nashville, TN
• 7:30am - 4:30pm

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Good organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities:

• Analyze invoices (p.o. and non-p.o.) received and ensure appropriate resolutions for the following:
• Appropriate approval based upon Company Cash Disbursement Authorization policy.
• Appropriate accounting treatment (capitalization/expense).
• Appropriate general ledger account coding with respect to operating unit, department, and account.
• Ensure local and state sales tax is calculated correctly.
• Communicate with appropriate individual, calculate, or obtain appropriate information, if missing or incorrect, after analysis.
• Ensure appropriate information (W-9, physician ownership form, etc.) is obtained from vendor to allow appropriate vendor set-up.
• Perform monthly quality reviews for Accounts Payable.
