Job Description: Per Diem LPNs needed for 2-3 shifts per week in Acute Care or Post-Acute Care

Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts
Estimated Start Date: 04/14/25-04/22/25

Pay Info:

Taxable Hourly Rate: $41

OT Rate: $61.50

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Post-Acute or Acute Care Environment
• IL State Licensure
• BLS Certification
• Successful completion of LPN program from accredited college
