Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

The Customer Service Specialist will provide superior customer service to dealers, consumers, lienholders, and other customers, sort incoming cancellation requests, process cancellations according to company guidelines, and assist with payment processing as needed.

• Location: Houston, TX 77077
• Hourly Pay rate: $22.00 Per hour
• In office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service in phone conversations, written correspondences, follow-up activities, and coordination of job responsibilities.
• Process cancellation and transfer requests from dealers, customers and lienholders.
• Verify customer names, vehicles, and other information to assure accuracy.
• Pursue additional information needed on incomplete cancellations.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous dealership back-office experience helpful.
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Attention to detail
• Professional phone etiquette
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience.
