Details:

• $15.50 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract
• Schedule: 7am - 3pm M-F
• Onsite in DuBois, PA

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
• Ability to accurately process inventory transactions
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and material movement
• Ability to operate manual and powered industrial trucks (certification required)
• Basic understanding of supply chain, shipping, and receiving processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally with departments like Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capable of performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain transaction records
• Willingness to participate in physical inventory and preparation activities
• Ability to support service parts fulfillment through order pulling, packing, and shipping
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory levels and accuracy by executing inventory movement transactions inside and outside the warehouse
• Perform cycle counting to approved program standards, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Provide accurate perpetual balance records and transaction history for Customer-Owned Property movements
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance on nonconforming material discovery, quarantine, return, and reimbursement activities
• Support Receiving and Shipping activities as assigned
• Physically move materials using manual or powered industrial trucks (certification by onsite instructor required)
• Support Service Parts revenue by pulling, packing, and shipping daily sales orders
• Participate in company or department meetings as needed
• Participate in annual Physical Inventory and related preparation activities
