Assembly Technician - Manufacturing
$18.25 - $20.00 per hour | ITAR-Regulated Facility | Immediat

Position Overview

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor or Group Leader, the Assembly Technician will perform assigned production and assembly tasks efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks per detailed work order instructions
• Ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete time sheets and production documentation daily
• Follow ERP procedures related to production assembly
• Adhere to company safety rules and promote a safe workplace
• Comply with ITAR regulations and quality policies
• Report equipment or process issues to supervision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• ERP system experience is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and quality-driven

Additional Requirements

Compensation

$18.25 - $20.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience, skills, and market alignment.
