Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Forklift Operator position!

Training Schedule

• Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Once training is completed and the candidate is fully ramped up, they will transition to a 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour day shift schedule.

2-2-3 Day Shift Schedule (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

• Week 1: Monday - On Tuesday - On Wednesday - Off Thursday - Off Friday - On Saturday - On Sunday - On
• Week 2: Monday - Off Tuesday - Off Wednesday - On Thursday - On Friday - Off Saturday - Off Sunday - Off

Interview Location

• Interviews will take place at the Golden, CO facility (preferred): 16200 Table Mountain Pkwy, Golden, CO 80403
• One onsite interview is required

Role Overview

This position is primarily focused on forklift operations, with the expectation that the associate will also support general warehouse functions as needed to meet operational demands.

Requirements

• Active forklift certification preferred Expired certifications can be recertified onsite Please bring a copy if certification is active
• Steel-toed shoes required
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and clamp equipment to support material handling operations
• Receive inbound product via railcar and truckload, including scanning and accurate put-away
• Pick, stage, and scan orders for outbound shipment
• Load outbound trailers and perform required trailer inspections
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy by properly recording product locations and location changes
• Scan products into and out of the Abecas system using barcode scanners
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted to the office for processing
• Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and documentation requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including routine equipment cleaning and upkeep
• Complete all tasks on the Daily Building Checklist
