Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Sit-down Forklift Operator position!

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely movement of materials area. This role supports picking, shipping, receiving, special projects, and continuous improvement activities by ensuring material flow meets Honda quality, safety, and delivery standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate powered industrial equipment (primarily forklifts; sit-down) in accordance with OSHA, site, and safety standards
• Transport PE materials, pallets, and components to designated staging, production, and storage locations
• Support PE project activity and special assignments
• Accurately stage, deliver, and remove materials based on work instructions and supervisor direction
• Perform preshift forklift inspections and report equipment or safety concerns immediately
• Maintain proper material identification, location accuracy, and housekeeping standards within the PE area
• Follow all quality, safety, and compliance requirements, including PPE and traffic flow rules
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team leads, and PE regarding material needs
• Assist with inventory checks, damage identification, and material discrepancy resolution as required
• Support continuous improvement, 5S, and safety initiatives within the PE area
• Perform additional warehouse or material handling duties as assigned
