What You'll Do

As the on-site HR Business Partner, you'll play a critical role across the full spectrum of HR:

• Be a trusted advisor: Support leaders and employees with expert guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations
• Drive talent strategy: Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts
• Strengthen culture: Maintain a visible presence on the production floor, fostering engagement and a positive, high-performance environment
• Support compliance & operations: Ensure adherence to employment laws, manage HRIS data, and support payroll and benefits administration
• Develop talent: Partner with leadership to identify training needs and support employee growth initiatives
• Leverage data: Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and drive informed decision-making

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, and performance management
• Experience in manufacturing or high-tech environments highly preferred
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

Bonus: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
