Job Description: Hospital hiring Charge Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Nights) - Claremont, NH.  Full time, permanent, direct hire position.  
The primary responsibility of the RN Charge Nurse is a professional nurse who demonstrates strong leadership skills, clinical expertise and compassion for patients and teammates. This nurse provides care for patients and has unit operation oversight throughout the assigned shift. Other key aspects of this position are role model professional nursing behaviors, clinical competencies and critical thinking. The charge nurse will mentor, precept and nurture new nurses with the goal of successful transition from novice to expert.

Requirements

 <li>BLS (AHA)</li>
 <li>NH RN license must be active at time submission. - Required</li>
 <li>3-5 years of relevant clinical experience - Required</li>
 <li>Charge RN experience - Preferred</li>
