<h3>Job Overview:</h3>
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Corrective Action Request (CAR) and Certified Payroll programs within our CBS department. You will be responsible for data entry, research, and responding to internal inquiries while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>

 <img alt="" src="https://fonts.gstatic.com/s/e/notoemoji/16.0/1f539/72.png"/> Conduct research using New York City's data management system 
 <img alt="" src="https://fonts.gstatic.com/s/e/notoemoji/16.0/1f539/72.png"/> Respond to inquiries regarding CAR case statuses 
 <img alt="" src="https://fonts.gstatic.com/s/e/notoemoji/16.0/1f539/72.png"/> Update manually submitted certified payroll documentation (Trex) 
 <img alt="" src="https://fonts.gstatic.com/s/e/notoemoji/16.0/1f539/72.png"/> Assist with payroll record-keeping and document purging 
 <img alt="" src="https://fonts.gstatic.com/s/e/notoemoji/16.0/1f539/72.png"/> Support CAR data analysis and additional department tasks
<h3>Qualifications & Requirements:</h3>

 <li>Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience, OR</li>
 <li>Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience, OR</li>
 <li>High School Diploma/GED + 5 years of relevant experience</li>

 <li>High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Equations, and Advanced Functions) - Candidates must be prepared for an Excel skills test during the interview.</li>

 <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li>
 <li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
 <li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks</li>
