Only considering candidates with the following:
<ul>
 <li>2 - 4 years of higher education is preferred</li>
 <li>5+ years of industrial construction experience preferred. Industrial Gas experience is preferred</li>
 <li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred. (Shield in the Field training - Airgas HSE)</li>
 <li>Working knowledge of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Construction, including utilities</li>
 <li>Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts</li>
 <li>Knowledge of building-code requirements and scheduling methods</li>
 <li>5+ years of industrial construction experience preferred. Oil and Gas experience is preferred</li>
 <li>Ability to manage with an eye for quality</li>
 <li>Good oral and written communication skills</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Develop daily Airgas Hazardous Work Permits (HWP's)</li>
 <li>Hold a Daily Safety Briefing, Coordinate site activities with Prime Contractor's Site Superintendent.</li>
 <li>Review contractors daily Job Safety Analysis's (JHA's)</li>
 <li>Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices</li>
 <li>Ensure quality workmanship and quality inspections are conducted. Retain and maintain a file of test and inspection reports</li>
 <li>Identify, mitigate, and track construction issues</li>
 <li>Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements</li>
 <li>Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable and that tools and equipment are in good working condition</li>
 <li>Maintain and update SOW and construction documents, and meet contract obligations by developing relationships with reliable contractors and vendors</li>
 <li>Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies</li>
 <li>Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met</li>
 <li>Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions</li>
 <li>Conduct Pre-Start up inspections and maintain Pre-Start-up Checklists</li>
 <li>Reports the status of projects to Management</li>
