Job Description: Contract Recruitment Specialist
This is an "on-site" 5 days/week position located in Northwest Houston paying $30.00/hr.
Position Overview: 
 Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Contract Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this high-profile role, you will support the companies hiring needs across both corporate and manufacturing functions for our US operations. With your proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, excellent networking and relationship management skills, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to source, interview, and onboard top-tier talent.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

 <li>Manage the full cycle      recruitment process for a variety of corporate and manufacturing      positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.</li>
 <li>Partner with the      Senior Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to understand staffing needs,      develop compelling job descriptions, and drive the recruitment process      until a hiring decision is made and the new hire is onboarded.</li>
 <li>Utilize the applicant      tracking system (ATS) to manage job postings, screen resumes, and track      candidates through the recruitment process.</li>
 <li>Build and maintain      relationships with external recruitment vendors to expand and strengthen      our talent pipeline, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with the      HR team to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring      process.</li>
 <li>Demonstrate      flexibility and agility in a fast-paced, changing environment while      maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.</li>

Qualifications and Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
<ul>
 <li>Experience: 2-4 years of      full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing and      corporate roles.</li>
 <li>Technical Skills: Proficiency      with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Prior      experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as UltiPro is      preferred.</li>
 <li>Education: A college      degree is preferred, or equivalent certifications in HR or related fields.</li>
 <li>Customer Service      Orientation: Professional approach to working with hiring managers,      candidates, and external partners, providing top-notch customer service      throughout the recruitment process.</li>
 <li>Commitment: Ability to      commit to a 3+-month contract position.</li>
 <li>Adaptability: Must be      comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and      changing demands.</li>
 <li>Attention to      Detail: Accuracy in reviewing resumes, interview feedback, and      candidate documentation to ensure consistency and high standards.</li>
 <li>Time Management &      Organization: Skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple      responsibilities, and meeting deadlines while ensuring a high level of      efficiency.</li>
 <li>Vendor Management: Prior      experience working with recruiting agencies and managing external vendor      relationships is a plus.</li>
 <li>Communication: Strong verbal      and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively      with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.</li>
