Only considering candidates with the following:

 <li>2-5 years of administrative/analysis experience</li>
 <li>Intermediate Excel</li>
 <li>10,000 + Key Strokes</li>
 <li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
 <li>Must be willing to take Excel and Typing test if selected</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Assist in converting item records from one IT system to another</li>
 <li>Ensure proper classification of items into noun/modifier categories</li>
 <li>Enhance item specifications using Company processes and systems</li>
 <li>Work with Company resources to meet defined scheduled deadlines</li>
 <li>Determine if part to be converted already exists in destination system</li>
 <li>Assign applicable item number and enhance existing data or create new item master record</li>
 <li>Access WestRock applications to create, extend, and edit items for enrichment</li>
 <li>Utilize Companys web-based item portal tool called Integrity for lookup and data entry</li>
 <li>Follow directions from Data Conversion Project Manager</li>
 <li>Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly/monthly basis</li>
 <li>Deliverables include:</li>
 <li>Properly classified items with all critical attributes added</li>
 <li>Legacy description master data added to item specifications</li>
 <li>Relevant branch data added to new item creations and extended items</li>
 <li>Identification and logging of items requiring additional research</li>
 <li>Enhancement of descriptions for existing items by adding additional specifications</li>
 <li>Meeting weekly/monthly KPIs as assigned by the Data Conversion Project Manager</li>
