Patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team. 
 
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nursing Supervisor is:
<ul>
 <li>Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.</li>
 <li>Communicates problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.</li>
 <li>Ensure a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment</li>
 <li>Support staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, professional development.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
 <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred</li>
 <li>Current NH Registered Nurse Licensure. Required.</li>
 <li>Previous relevant experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role an asset;</li>
 <li>Relevant nursing certification an asset; highly encouraged after employment</li>
 <li>Current BCLS Required.</li>
 <li>Current ACLS preferred</li>
</ul>
Shift: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Pay Information: $35.40/hour$ 30.0/hrHC24
