Develop subject matter expertise to support client engagements through self-guided research and collaborate with team members to develop client deliverables and support presentations. Expertise in broader organizational capabilities, products, and service offerings.  Duties include the following:Innovate and Contribute: Participate in testing,      documentation, sample creation, and designing and building test equipment.<ul> <li>Expand Knowledge: Conduct scientific and technological evaluations to support our vision. Work under the guidance of R&D engineers to perform testing, documentation, and research.      Understand and apply current codes, standards, and test methods to evaluate prototype products. Collaborate with R&D engineers to develop testing methods and tools for new products.</li> <li>Field Support: Assist in the assembly and support of in-field and off-site evaluations of prototype products. This includes contacting participants for installation or troubleshooting assistance, with support from R&D engineers.</li></ul>Deliverables:<ul> <li>High-quality and comprehensive      technical reports</li> <li>Strong support for R&D  engineering staff and team members</li> <li>Compliance with expense budgets</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul> <li>A 4-year degree in a technical field</li> <li>Two years of hands-on product evaluation experience</li> <li>Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple partners in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li> <li>Basic familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems and proficiency with computer software (Word,      Excel, etc.).
