Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Controls material inventories at the Gaithersburg Pilot Facility</li>
 <li>Regularly works on routine and other assignments that are moderately complex in nature, where judgement is required to make recommendations and resolve problems</li>
 <li>Works under moderate supervision</li>
 <li>Initiates routine tasks</li>
 <li>Normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions on new assignments</li>
 <li>Identifies and implements opportunities for enhanced operational excellence</li>
 <li>Oversee storage of bulk product</li>
 <li>Prepares Bulk product for shipment</li>
 <li>Establishes reorder points and replenishment quantities</li>
 <li>Ensures accuracy of material consumption in SAP</li>
 <li>Coordinates removal of materials from manufacturing areas before shutdown and replenishment of materials after shutdown</li>
 <li>Ensures warehouse production floor inventory matches the ERP system by conducting cycle counts. Investigates discrepancies</li>
 <li>Identifies root causes of inventory discrepancies and recommends improvements to inventory control processes</li>
