Position Overview: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Senior Process Improvement & Planning Manager at our manufacturing facility. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing environment, focusing on process efficiency, production support, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Assist in collecting and analyzing production and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making.</li>
 <li>Help coordinate manufacturing projects, track progress, and ensure alignment with production schedules.</li>
 <li>Support documentation and optimization of manufacturing workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li>
 <li>Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.</li>
 <li>Participate in daily operations meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
 <li>Assist with inventory tracking, materials management, and logistical support as needed.</li>
 <li>Support administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and preparation of operational documents.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
 <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.</li>
 <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.</li>
 <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with manufacturing software is a plus.</li>
 <li>Good communication skills to work effectively across departments.</li>
 <li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
 <li>Willingness to learn and contribute to operational improvements.</li>
