Apply Today, Work Today Weekly PayJob Description: Education & Experience:<ul> <li>Possess a BS in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology field from an accredited four-year college or university</li> <li>2+ years of product design, PPAP, design verification and validation experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li> <li>Previous experience in a systems engineering practitioner role with knowledge of systems engineering tools, techniques, and standard methodologies</li> <li>Outstanding soft skills with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, able to collaborate, interact, and influence business and technical partners and leaders at all levels of the organization</li> <li>Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills along with the ability to simplify complex problems</li> <li>Experience with engineering modeling software CAD software (preferably Creo) and FEA</li> <li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including injection molding, die casting, stamping, finishing and assembly</li> <li>Ability to lead multiple concurrent assignments</li> <li>Experience with design for manufacturability, cost estimation, GD&T, Systems DFMEA, PPAP and design verification and validation</li></ul>Full-time, Part-time $ 42.79/hrProf23
