JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges, and adjustments; as well as providing customers with product, pricing, and shipping information. Specific duties include:
<ul>
 <li>Responding to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.</li>
 <li>Maintain system information including product pricing and availability.</li>
 <li>Enter customer orders, suggesting the purchase of additional products and providing technical assistance to customers when needed.</li>
 <li>Contact truck run customers for orders and ensure that orders are placed on a timely basis.</li>
 <li>Make same-day follow-up calls to customers regarding back orders and delivery dates.</li>
 <li>Actively participate in company-defined sales initiatives to solicit potential     customers, and existing customers whose sales have declined.</li>
 <li>Research customer service complaints and answer customer questions; consult with      management for directions to resolve complaints.</li>
 <li>Research all customer warranty and/or return requests, completing the appropriate      forms and documentation pertinent to the problem.</li>
 <li>Track shipments as necessary.</li>
</ul>

 <li>A High school diploma or equivalent is required.</li>

 <li>Strong customer service skills are preferred.</li>
 <li>Previous sales experience is advantageous.</li>
 <li>Bilingual proficiency is required.</li>
 <li>Motivation  and capability to acquire product knowledge, enabling the specification and recommendation of suitable products to our customers.</li>
