Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Assists with Operator and Maintenance Training Annually</li>
 <li>Assists with Improving New Hire Orientation/ On Boarding Training and On the Job Training</li>
 <li>Assist with Compliance Training is automated, tracked and reported on through partnership with safety,quality and environmental</li>
 <li>Assists with the training tracking, evaluation, and measurement of training locally</li>
 <li>Supports learning solution creation and content updates as needed</li>
 <li>Keeps detailed records of all training</li>
 <li>Additional duties as assigned</li>
 <li>Cost eliminator driving training efficiencies across roles</li>
 <li>Other Duties as Assigned</li>
