Job Description: LPN needed for Occupational Health Med Clinic
Shift: Days M-F8a-4:30p | 40 hours weekly
Duration: 13 weeks 
Estimated Start Date: 05/12/25-05/19/25
Pay Info:
Gross Weekly Pay: $1,916.00
Taxable Hourly Rate: $15.00
Weekly Non-Taxable Housing: $840.00
Weekly Non-Taxable Meals & Incidentals: $476.00
OT Taxable Hourly Rate: $55
Gross Wages Per Hour: $47.90
*We can offer a higher rate for travelers with current BAT and DOT Screening Certifications.
Requirements:
<ul>
 <li>5+ years of clinical experience in clinic setting</li>
 <li>2+ years of Occupational Health experience</li>
 <li>BAT and DOT Drug Screening Certifications (may be      obtained upon acceptance of offer)</li>
 <li>BLS Certification</li>
 <li>Valid Driver's License and own vehicle</li>
 <li>MA State Licensure</li>
</ul>
Local travelers within 50 miles of facility will not be considered.
