 <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field</li>
 <li>5+ years of previous maintenance experience preferred</li>
 <li>Knowledge and experience with Preventative Maintenance programs</li>
 <li>Familiarity with statistical tools and software</li>
 <li>Excellent teamwork and facilitation skills</li>
 <li>Willingness to obtain CMRP and PdM certifications</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Own the Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) Program</li>
 <li>Define, design, develop, facilitate, monitor, and refine asset maintenance strategies</li>
 <li>Facilitate RCM Analysis workshops on the top 5% of critical assets</li>
 <li>Use statistical tools like Weibull Analysis to determine failure rate curves</li>
 <li>Collaborate with Maintenance Planners to create maintenance procedures based on failure modes</li>
 <li>Coordinate with asset owners and maintenance management for strategy approval</li>
 <li>Own the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Program</li>
 <li>Define, design, develop, facilitate, monitor, and refine RCA practices</li>
 <li>Conduct Bad Actor Analysis and Root Cause Analysis to identify issues affecting performance, availability, and quality</li>
 <li>Own the Asset Criticality Analysis Program</li>
 <li>Own the Preventive Maintenance Evaluation (PME) and Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO) Programs</li>
 <li>Utilize human-factored procedure writing</li>
 <li>Collaborate with Capital Delivery and Project Engineering on Design for Reliability (DfR) and Design for Maintainability (DfM)</li>
 <li>Participate in final inspection and commissioning validation of new equipment</li>
 <li>Sign off on function testing and perform baseline inspections</li>
 <li>Calculate Asset Life-Cycle Costs (LCC) and durations for critical equipment</li>
 <li>Ensure peak machinery performance through assessment of Asset Life-Cycle Costs and durations</li>
 <li>Own the Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) Program</li>
 <li>Define, design, develop, facilitate, monitor, and refine the CbM process</li>
 <li>Includes:</li>
 <li>Vibration Analysis (VA)</li>
 <li>Infrared Thermography</li>
 <li>Motor Circuit Analysis / Electrical Signature Analysis</li>
 <li>Oil Analysis (OA) / Tribology</li>
 <li>Ultrasonic Emission (UE)</li>
 <li>Non-destructive Testing (NDT)</li>
</ul>
