Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and processes</li> <li>Basic knowledge of marketing and sales processes and electrical power system.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and Adobe Acrobat.</li> <li>Working skills in using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Process project applications for specialized customer programs</li> <li>Determine completeness of applications and compliance with tariffs and company requirements</li> <li>Assess project level and coordinate further study if necessary</li> <li>Coordinate with all parties to ensure completion of required documents</li> <li>Work with project manager(s) to develop project scope, requirements, schedule, and deliverables</li> <li>Develop purchase orders for equipment required for customer interconnection with the grid</li> <li>Monitor, track, and report project status and milestones to management and/or senior staff</li> <li>Coordinate project review meetings and site visits for testing and commissioning projects</li> <li>Track and assist in resolving customer issues, maintaining a database of issues and resolutions</li> <li>Coordinate with protection, metering, and billing departments to facilitate smooth interconnection for customers</li> <li>Determine billing amounts, verify payments, and resolve disputes and billing discrepancies</li> <li>Develop and maintain manuals, analyze procedural changes, and prepare emergency procedures for customers</li> <li>Communicate operating/performance standards and procedures to customers, partners, internal departments, consultants, and contractors</li></ul>Full-time, Part-time $ 33.0/hrProf23
